Agentic AI / 06 verticals

AI agents,
set up to do
the recurring work.

We help companies design agentic workflows, set up AI agents and keep them running: consulting, implementation and troubleshooting in one place.

In short

Sysout is an agentic AI consultancy. We help companies decide which work to hand to AI agents, set those agents up on the tools they already use, and build in the points where a person approves. The aim is agents that run every week without supervision, not a demo.

What we do

Consulting, setup
and repair.

  1. 01

    Agentic workflow design

We map a process, split it into jobs an agent can do, and define where a person approves.

  2. 02

    AI agent setup

We configure the agents, connect them to your tools and set their permissions and limits.

  3. 03

    Troubleshooting

We fix agent setups that stall, loop, cost too much or produce work nobody trusts.

  4. 04

    Training and handover

We document everything and train the people who will own the agents day to day.

Questions

Agentic AI, answered.

What is agentic AI?

Agentic AI refers to AI systems, called agents, that are given a goal and work through the steps needed to reach it on their own: searching, reading, using software and producing a result. A person sets the goal and reviews the outcome.

What does an agentic AI consultant do?

An agentic AI consultant identifies which processes suit agents, designs the workflow and its human checkpoints, sets up and connects the agents, and trains the team to run them.

Which agent tools does Sysout work with?

We work with the main agent products and models on the market, including Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and choose based on the job rather than a preferred vendor.

Are AI agents reliable enough for real work?

For well-defined, recurring tasks with a review step, yes. Reliability comes from narrow jobs, clear limits and a person checking the output, not from the model alone.
